MATSGAME TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

Matsgame is operated by ELİTGAME BİLİŞİM İNTERNET TEKNOLOJİLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Elitgame Information Technologies Limited Company)

If you play our games through a publisher website or use services offered by a third party, you are also responsible for complying with that party's terms and policies. In such cases, the relevant third-party terms may apply in addition to these terms.

By accessing, visiting, downloading, installing, using, or otherwise benefiting from the Services, you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that the information and records obtained through the Services may be processed and stored as described in those documents.

2) ACCOUNT CREATION AND ACCOUNT USE CONDITIONS

• Guest accounts may be tied to your device and may become inaccessible if the device is changed, reset, lost, or if the application is removed and reinstalled.
• Third-party login methods may allow easier account recovery, but they are still subject to the terms and privacy rules of the relevant third-party provider.

You are solely responsible for your account and all activity carried out through it. You must provide accurate and complete information where requested and keep your account credentials secure.

You may not transfer, share, publish, sell, market, or commercially exploit your account. Matsgame may restrict, suspend, or permanently remove access to accounts if it determines or reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or conduct harmful to Matsgame, the Services, or other users.

3) CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR RULES

While using the Services, you must act lawfully and in good faith. You may not engage in behavior that disrupts the Services, harms other users, infringes third-party rights, manipulates systems, uses cheats, automations or unauthorized software, or otherwise violates the intended purpose of the platform.

Matsgame may investigate suspicious conduct and may remove content, suspend privileges, seize virtual items, or permanently terminate access where necessary.

4) FEES, PAYMENTS, VIRTUAL ITEMS, AND LIMITED RIGHTS

The Services may include paid features, virtual currencies, virtual content, and virtual memberships. Any such item is licensed, not sold, and grants only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use it within the Services.

Prices, payment methods, and payment availability may change over time. Matsgame may impose limits, verification steps, or eligibility requirements for certain transactions.

5) REFUNDS OF PURCHASED VIRTUAL ITEMS

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchased digital or virtual items are generally non-refundable once delivered, activated, or consumed. Refund and cancellation rules may vary depending on the nature of the product, the payment method used, and legal obligations.

6) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights, titles, and interests in the Services, including but not limited to software, designs, visuals, text, trademarks, logos, game systems, and related content, belong to Matsgame or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except where mandatory law explicitly permits it.

7) TERMINATION, SUSPENSION, AND RESTRICTION OF ACCESS

Matsgame may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time where it reasonably considers this necessary for security, compliance, operational, legal, or platform integrity reasons. In such situations, Matsgame may also revoke access to associated virtual items or account-based benefits.

8) PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING

Your use of the Services is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Personal data and service-related records may be collected, stored, and processed to operate the Services, support users, improve functionality, comply with legal obligations, and protect platform security.

9) THIRD PARTIES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye unless another applicable mandatory legal regime requires otherwise. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts and enforcement offices determined under applicable law.

The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are under 18, you must obtain approval from your parent or legal guardian before using the Services. Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to supervise minors and prevent them from sharing personal information without permission.
